 A brand new innovative strategy of uniting all student ministries is underway at Phoenix First. We are providing our kids with a seamless Christ-centered journey from the cradle to career. This unique emphasis is designed as a highly integrated approach to the personal and spiritual development of kids, no matter what stage of life they are in. By instilling the 5 Essentials of the church into their lives, we build godly character and leadership principles that prepare them for a life of service to God and others. Join us to learn how you can prepare your future church leaders for a revival among your youth.
FUSION LIFE GROUPS
 Meaningful relationships and accountability are rare commodities in today’s society. Fusion Life Groups was created to meet that need. Fusion helps people make meaningful connections within our growing church family. It begins each Wednesday evening with a one hour service of practical teaching, relevant worship and an opportunity to meet together in a small group setting. Servant Leaders lead the groups in discussion, prayer and give people the opportunity to know and be known in a comfortable small group environment. For thirty minutes our teams share life, discuss the message and “do life” together. You will want to discover how to implement this new form of small group ministry that strengthens people’s connections with each other and with the church.
APEX
 People responding to God need a clear path to become involved in the church. APEX is a program designed to help people do just that. Inspired by the mountain visible from Phoenix First, APEX is an acronym for Align, Pursue, Experience, and eXcel. These four “elevations” motivate participants to move from the sanctuary to active service. APEX addresses people on a personal level with practical teaching regarding Bible study, prayer and spiritual development. As members find what their spiritual gifts are, they can plug into the ministries of the church. At Pastors School 2009, you will learn how to disciple new people in your congregation to deeper relationship with Christ, uncover their spiritual gifts and talents, and utilize them for the Kingdom of God. SUNDAY UNIVERSITY
 Sunday University is a new innovative approach to adult learning at Phoenix First. Classes are designed to help members grow in their walk with Christ while connecting with others in the Phoenix First family. Classes vary from Biblical teachings to practical issues taught in a relaxed interactive environment. Come and learn how to do Sunday School in a new way.
CONVERGE COUPLES
 Converge is an exciting new ministry at Phoenix First for young married couples and those with small children. It is designed to connect couples to our church and with each other through a community of small groups. Biblical truths are taught to strengthen marriages and social activities are encouraged. Converge is literally waking a sleeping giant at Phoenix First. Find out more about ministering to couples in your congregation by attending our workshop.
THE DREAM CENTERS
 NEW YORK - Our exciting all-new venture is the launch of the renowned Dream Center in New York City. It is fast-becoming a haven of hope in the midst of the hotbed of human activities in the Big Apple.
LOS ANGELES - Matthew Barnett and the Los Angeles Dream Center will be joining us at this year’s Pastors School in a greater way than ever before! The LA Dream Center is world-renown for its effective inner-city outreach, and has become a model for dozens of other Dream Centers globally. At this year’s Pastors School, you’ll hear first-hand the astonishing testimonies and learn about this unique church.
PHOENIX - The Phoenix Dream Center is a community of people that have a heart to serve those in need in and around our city. The Dream Center provides hope by meeting both the spiritual and tangible needs of those needing a fresh start. We extend a helping hand to thousands of people on a weekly basis by providing food, clothing, shelter and life strategies.
